Domaine Leflaive, Bourgogne Blanc other_regions_italy with an elegantly textural attack Vintage:1998 with an elegantly textural attack and a creamy core of fruit that's underpinned by a bright but nicely integrated spine of acidity This is an interesting wine at present as the nose is open yet the palate impression is compact and quite closed A discreet hint of wood frames wonderfully fresh aromas of pear There is a really lovely underlying tension to the racy yet plump middle weight flavors that also conclude in a clean and dry finale
