Joseph Drouhin, Nuits Saint Georges Proces Vintage:2016 Deutz’s signature spine tingling acidity balances Vintage:1998 Deutz’s signature spine tingling acidity balances out the weight and creamy texture of this generous pressed violet A whiff of the sauvage adds breadth to the red and dark cherryinfused aromas that are trimmed in a background note of wood toast This is very Nuits in style and is going to require extended cellaring to soften the firm tannins but it should more than repay your patience
